Let's face it - Title Insurance isn't a particularly 'sexy' business. Numbers, numbers, numbers, and after that - more paperwork with numbers.
While the Title Insurance industry is an absolute necessity for a successful real estate transaction, lately I've been noticing that the 'sizzle' has gone from the steak.
What's New in the Title Insurance Industry.
Although the market has softened substantially, that is no reason to see the death of innovation. Plenty of opportunities exist for iPhone and iPad apps, Android apps, improved interfaces to the kludgy transaction management platforms - and how about marketing tools? REALTORS need them more than ever in this sparse transaction environment.
